What We Do
Documentation
We review or prepare the Contract of Sale and Vendor Statement, providing clear and easy-to-understand assessment of your obligations, rights and responsibilities and highlight any gaps or areas that require further exploration so you are protected to the best of our ability and experience.
Co-ordinate the process
You don’t have to worry about dealing with all the parties involved including your lender, finance broker, real estate agent and anyone else needed. We make sure that the process unfolds smoothly and is as easy for you as possible as we make sure that all the pieces to the conveyancing puzzle are organised.
Communication
We know there’s a lot of information and you’ll probably have many questions. We aim to make sure you are as informed as you need want to be and are available to assist. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

About Us
We aim to exceed all of our competitors in the friendly and expert service we provide. Fast documentation, efficient systems but most of all a dedicated focus to your satisfaction!
Conveyancing is specialised – even some qualified lawyers and licensed conveyancers may struggle with the complexities and problems that can arise. We have over 35 years’ experience, so we know what we are doing and have the experience and maturity to back it up!
All is OK when it goes well but it’s when things go wrong that’s when the difference in standards and experience can appear. It can be a gamble when choosing a conveyancer – make sure they can match our experience and approach!
We are experienced and put your needs ahead of everything else. We are completely independent. We don’t charge for ‘extras’ and provide you with written fixed price fees.

We don’t just have the experience of supporting our clients – we also have a business and have successfully sold our own businesses. We really understand what you need and don’t just focus on the paperwork – we focus on supporting you – to get you through the process as simply and effortlessly as possible.
We will sort out the documentation including the lease, the handover period, the financial analysis (by your accountant) of the profitability and cash flow, protecting your trading opportunities, council regulations and all the other variables that arise when buying and selling a business. We never forget you – we’ve built our reputation on it!
If you choose the wrong representation you could compromise your opportunities and protection.
We will be heavily involved in the process – negotiating and signing the Contract, transferring the Lease and right through the whole process from beginning to end (and beyond if needed).
What about other approvals such as transferring domain names, business names and all other documents? We can assist with these too.
We will attend settlement on your behalf so all you have to focus on is you and your business.
Business
First home buyers, investors and even developers often need a caring and experienced hand to guide them through the process, to ensure they are protected and that the process is a smooth and hassle-free as possible.
We’ve been in conveyancing for over 35 years – we know what to expect, how to respond and how to best support our clients, guiding you through the process to settlement.
We conduct searches of the property, make sure the correct stamp duty is calculated and that you receive every discount, entitlement and grant available to you.
We communicate with you in a way that you need – email or post – with clear and simple information to keep you informed along the way.
Buying or selling property can be a busy time – it’s our job to keep you on track and we’ll be proactive in doing this for you by following up when needed – not the other way around!
You won’t even need to attend settlement on the day – we’ll do that for you too.
We have a step-by-step guide and information pack to assist you but are always available to answer any questions you may have.
